Here's a polished version: I have stayed in many Airbnb properties over the years, and this was, without question, the worst experience I have ever had. I booked this property expecting a safe, comfortable, and fully functional home. Instead, from the moment we arrived, we encountered numerous problems that significantly affected our stay. The property was simply not in the condition that had been advertised or that any guest should reasonably expect. Among the issues we experienced were malfunctioning bedroom door locks that trapped occupants inside the rooms, an air conditioning system that was not operating properly, a smoke detector that repeatedly sounded during the night, incomplete or unavailable amenities, ongoing work at the property, and multiple maintenance issues that should have been resolved before guests were a
